[KOH] =3.40 x 10-5M

since it is a strong electrolyte

[OH-]=3.40 x 10-5M

pOH = -log{OH-] = -log[3.40 x 10-5M ]

=  4.468

we have

pH +pOH = 14

pH = 14- pOH =9.531
