Since we understand that entrepreneurs are fundamentally risk-takers, individualistic and low-uncertainty-avoidance societies generally tend to encourage entrepreneurship, while collectivist and high-uncertainty-avoidance societies ultimately lead to comparatively reduced rates of entrepreneurship.
