Measuring a process often helps to determine its level of success and even make it better. Do you think that metrics like cost per hire, time to fill, or turnover will tell the whole recruitment story? Why or why not? Share on the forum.

Given the metrics like cost per hire - which tells about how much involved overall an average for hiring a candidate, time to fill - time taken to fill the respective position, turn over ratio- what is the selected candidates to the applied candidates etc would really gives the essence of recruitment story. But solely these components not the ones which captures the whole story, they only capture half of the story, with the half story, we can't measure the complete success of the story.

The options like, source of hire - from which sources were the candidates came from, are they the expected sources or not., Quality of hire - are the hires top notch in the quality for the required position are not., Applicant satisfaction - How are satisfied are the applied candidates with the process conducted, these three additional KPI also require to capture the complete story to find, whether it is success or not.
