Slide	Coaching style
slide 1-	Autocratic' - this is where the coach makes all the decisions and the performers merely do what they are told. This coach will be a strong disciplinarian and likes to be in control. Implicit in this style is that the coach has all the information and the knowledge. decides on what is to be done defines what to do and how to do it
Slide 2-	'Democratic' - this involves shared decision- making. This coach will guide performers towards selecting and achieving their goals. Implicit in this style is that the coach provides leadership in the form of positive guidance. outlines the training requirements to the athletes invites ideas/suggestions from the athletes makes the decision based on the athletes' suggestions defines what to do and how to do it
Slide 3-	Autonomous Coaching Style The democratic style of coaching players blends aspects of the two more definitive styles. It is akin to the democratic ideology of self-governing. While the head coach makes final decisions, he or she does so with input from other members of the staff and the team. It is the most interactive way to coach athletes.
Slide 4-	Permissive Coaching Style This is coaching style is conducive to situations where the team is composed of highly skilled players. It works well with talented professionals and within limitations at lower skill levels. It’s often termed the laissez-faire leadership approach or the holistic style.
Slide 5-	The style i would prefer would be Democratic coaching style where coach takes suggestions and make them feel that players are also important part of making team decision either you are highly talented in the team or less talented in the team. It covers all team members. this is why i like this approach.
