Answer #1

Lean thinking is the method of maintaining a balance between customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction and encouraging the development of the products and at the same time eliminating unnecessary wastes . When employees and customers are given equal importance , customers will be clear in what they want and employees will come up with innovative ideas which make the customers satisfies. This results in efficient output from the company . It also reduces unnecessary costs both for the suppliers and the customers. The suppliers will be benefitted as we do not order unnecessary quantity and hence it saves both time and cost for them as well as for us. Also the customers would get products they want at reasonable prices as wastage is reduced. This reduction of wastage also saves the environment and hence lean is a very useful and beneficial method of thinking.
