Coffee is a complementary good for cream as cream is added in coffee. Increase in price of complimentary good decreases the demand for other good. Thus demand for coffee decreases.

Coffee mate and cream are substitutes. So increase in price of one good leads to increase in demand for the other good. Thus demand for coffee mate increases.
