What mix of rewards would you like if you worked in (a) a university athletics department, (b) a professional sports club, and (c) a commercial tennis club? For each type of organization, weigh the relative importance of your own preferences and the organiza- tional characteristics in your choice of the rewards.

as my perspective, if I worked in

A. University athletics dept than the highest reward is unit's annual sports function awards where different unit's players come to play matches and anyone team win the trophy. It is a pride for every univ sports team to win the trophy.

B. In professional sports club there are many rewards given for winning team in world cup of every sports tournament where whole world team of that sports match together and in final one team wins here in winning a shiny, famous and adorable trophy will give to winning team and more type of extra pay will also provide for them. For example, laliga tournament of Footwall where most of the famous professional teams match together and the crowd loves this tournament this encourages players motivations higher.

C. In a commercial tennis club where a most famous tournament is Australia open where all of the matches are played in Australia nation and mostly held in Melbourne. In Australia, open top of tennis players are playing together and this tournament held annually. In Australia open tennis tournament a trophy is given to winning player and more money gives to him, to win this trophy is always a pride for every player. The target of commercial tennis clubs to make more money by the advertiser and sponsors.

In last as a summary every tournament have, it's own value for every player of that tournament.
