Capacity of 10 GB - $40

Here, expected usage is 9GB. Therefore, cost will be

Upto 5GB - $45

Additional 3GB - $30

Additional 1GB - $12

Total - 45+30+12= $87

Since, it didn't not cross the capacity of 10GB then it is not applicable
