The fundamental project of the normative ethics of behavior has a primary objective which is to discover and categorize any act token with conditions that makes it suitable to be called as an act which is morally right or wrong, Here the right action in this statement means moral right and necessary and sufficient conditions refers to the rules that defy an act token as right or wrong. Therefore the statement given here is absolutely correct.
