Imagine cars on a road which passes through a tunnel in a mountain. The tunnel is old and rather narrow. Cars must be slow down and drive very carefully when in the tunnel, impeding traffic flow. To improve the traffic flow, a second tunnel is built next to the old one. Make an analogy between this scenario and the current flow through resistors in parallel. Make specific connections between the elements in each scenario, i.e., the road, the cars, the tunnel, the narrowness of the tunnel, etc. Suppose the second tunnel is narrower than the first, so cars must drive even slower than in the first tunnel. Does this still improve the flow of traffic?

Ford competes with GeneralMotors, Toyota, Chrysler, Nissan, Honda, Testla, and other automobile companies. While there are competitors, most people recognize the name Ford and the Ford emblem...
