5) ethical and value based considerations to chinese market.
Janet performance can be contextualized by carefully analyzing the local practices of other competitors organization. Their practices must be reviewed so as to get some points to formulate right set of measurements suitable to chinese business environment. Performance can be measured against the yardsticks of parameters like increased sales revenue, reduced cost of operations, understanding the local culture, formulating the local tactics, and overall working for translating the work relationships with other stakeholders.
