Yes, there are few other courses as well. Generally in large section of university courses these concepts are thought in ethics or social responsibility but now a day these contents are also included in organization behavior courses.
In my opinion, though theory teaches you with the help of cases, but I really feel it is the individual’s inbuilt quality which can be developed based on the culture and experience over the time.
