Write in MIPS-32 a procedure in which 2 integer parameter, to determine which one of them is bigger and by how much. The parameters are passed to the procedure in the standard way for MIPS, and the procedure will return two integer values in $v0 and $v1, the first containing 0 if p0 is bigger or equal than p1, and 1 if the contrary is true, and the second containing the difference between po and p1 always as an unsigned integer.
