Answer #1

The types of items listed by StreetSound on eBay are mainly various parts and accessories for guitars.

No. Currently there are no auctions on their products.

Considering that they have 99.9% positive feedback and over 27183 items sold, we can infer that customer service is extremely important to them.

Selling Manager allows medium businesses to operate with ease on eBay. It provides features such as bulk listing, dashboard views, communication with buyers, and retrieving old records. Overall it provides basic functions that a seller will need on eBay. On the other hand, Selling Manager Pro is paid service that can help larger businesses to organize their operation. It allows them to track inventories/listings, create and store multiple templates to use, download reports on sales activities, and automate relisting functions.

If I was a seller and if it was first time I was about to sell online, I would use Seller Manager (non-pro) version. This is because I would like to see how my business grows online and only then I would purchase the Pro account.
