Because the capacitor is not dependent on the voltage actually it is independent of the voltage it is dependent on the geometrical mass shape and size and the area and the distance between the two plates and what is area area is directly proportional to the radius square it is going parabolically if it is charged then it have parabola upside if it is charging and the parabola is downword
