An educational organization say, for instance is collecting data regarding all its student ,staff and management staff details.

This is not actually a big data as the data sets related are relatively not complex or too large and could be dealt with traditional or simple data processing softwares and tools.

The tools used for data extraction and analysis in an educational firm will be the software tools for maintaining student and staff details.This will include the names , contact details,designation,student class details,teaching staff subject and salary details etc.

We can also have another software tool for processing the student marks and storing all student marks and to analyse and evaluate each student using marks to decide their overall performance.

Another tool to collect and manage the student fees and staff salaries. To collect fees of students of diffrent classes and to notify them the important dates regarding the fee payment every year or month.Also to monitor the staff salaries and to deposit salaries to their respective bank accounts every month etc.

Also and educational institution will have software for its transport services of buses for the students and also for other miscellaneous services.

According to me i personally feel that all the basic knowledge requirements and tools for an educational institution is available and this serivices and indeed enough and capable for a firm of this sector.
