I believe that almost all the parties benefit to some extent from electronic monitoring although the employer is the one who benefits the most. Electronic monitoring deals with tracking and monitoring the online activities of the employees and hence the employers are aware of what the employees are upto and hence take decisions accordingly as well. The security aspect needs to be considered as security is a major concern that needs to be maintained as well.
