1. Prepare the program in the easiest manner, so each member of the company will be able to access it effortlessly. Encourage managers to participate quickly so they can prepare their team to face any kind of challenges.
2. The leader should offer a variety of scheduled program which can easily accessible and achievable by employees. Every employee has different taste and interest. Some are good at this and some are good in that. So, it is a good idea to provide a variety of scheduled program so they can choose whichever they like.
3. The leaders should participate in all the programs and encourage all the other members to participate as well. They should find out what other members are good at and what are they passionate about. They should also talk with their employees and find what motivates them to work in this company. Then provide the things which motivate them.
4. The work environment should be healthier. Like company should provide healthier food in their cafeterias, and there should be air purifier in every room. The leaders should encourage the employees to take short breaks in between office hours to interact with other members. Interaction can improve the relationship between the team members and this way they can have great teamwork while performing any task.
5. The company should concentrate on providing regular social or health wellness programs every month or more often as possible. This way, employees will have a habit to participate in all the programs regularly.

1. Let your employees know that they are the most important part of the company and without their support, the company can't survive. And the company appreciate them for the wonderful work they do each day. This will encourage the employee to work even more.
2. It is very important to appreciate employee for what they have achieved so far and encourage them to face a more tough task and achieve that as well. In order to boost the morale of employees the leader should celebrate the accomplishment of their employees.
3. The leaders should give time to their employee so that they can work on the project in which they are passionate about. The company can also use those projects if those are beneficial to them.
4. The leaders should encourage their team members to do the regular things in a different and more interesting way. This way employees will love to participate in all the activities. This will ultimately improve their performance as well.
5. The leaders should let their employees have fun while working and try to make their work more interesting. They can encourage them to participate in monthly cricket matches, football matches, etc.
6. The best way to boost morale to educate and train employees so they can develop a positive attitude towards their work and the company. The positive attitude can help them to work effectively and peacefully.
