Kevlar is a stronger fabric than Dacron because of following reasons :

Kevlar has many inter chain hydrogen bonds formed between carbonyl groups and NH centers which is lacking in Dacron
Aromatic stacking interactions are found between the adjacent strands of Kevlar which adds to its rigidity.These interactions are absent in Dacron.
