3. Harvard Business Review "The Real Leadership Lessons of Steve Jobs''. Analyze Job's Leadership, emotional intelligence skills, attributes & styles. Provide your perspective as to why he was able to gain alignment & following from his employees when at times he did not always demonstrate when at times he did not always demonstrate strong emotional intelligence. Profile the typical successful employees, and describe cultures.

My answer:

Apple wouldn't be where it is today without a strong vision. Without a clear vision for your company or organization, it would be difficult to become a successful leader. It's not enough to just kick off your project. You want long-term planning to be effective. Steve Jobs had a passion and self-confidence to make his dream come true. You have to enjoy what you do. Developing a strong passion for your work will help you on the road to business success. Another great job management lesson is to seek your workers ' real capabilities. Leadership is not about directing and micro-managing people around. For creativity and increased productivity, you need to inspire workers to challenge themselves. Steve Jobs ' philosophy encouraged his workers to reach their full potential. For quality, Steve Jobs never compromised. Jobs went to get the headphone jacks completely replaced before the iPod was launched. He wouldn't settle for less, this is a clear example. Steve Jobs did not limit his energies from his innovations to making huge dollars. He was very keen to come up with innovative and creative developments. Instead of just focusing on making money, you should focus on delivering quality services and products. To help turn your start into a well-known brand, this is important. As noted, the need for excellence for Jobs has also made him a risk-taker. He had faith in his judgment and knew what was required by people. Until moving into the business world, keep in mind and recall these Steve Jobs leadership lessons.

Answer #1

Your answer is really good and is explaining the leadership qualities of Steve Jobs correctly. You can also add in the success stories related to his new ventures more as an inspirational leader than just a leader. How he has motivated and become a pillar or inspiration to all new entrepreneurs.
