1.face blindness is a a problem of perception. Because it is a cognitive disorder of face perception.
2. Forgetfullness is a matter of memory. It can be due to other cognitive isorders like alzheimers etc. But face blindness is a neurological disorder that causes damage to brain parts and lead to inrecognition of faces or its parts, not forgetting someone whom we have seen before.
