Electromagnetic waves are transverse wave , they don't need any medium to travel. So, they can travel in empty space. Electromagnetic waves consist of an electric field and a magnetic field vibrating perpendicular to each other and travels in a direction perpendicular to the plane consisting both the fields. Gamma rays are very high energetic electromagnetic waves.

So, only correct option is : A
