The HDI of developed countries is indeed very high and also found outside Europe and North America such as Australia New Zealand etc and many of the developed countries such as United kingdom Canada have strong economic ties with United States with most of the developed countries are globally present in the northern part All in all or in the northern hemisphere such as United States Japan France etc.

Therefore (b) is answer to this question
