Conference plays an important part while making business decisions. So, it is very important to make a conference effective so that it can develop connection between individuals in an organization.
Ways to improve a conference :-
a) A boring formal conference can be changed if it can be made into a entertaining yet formal lunch or dinner event where colleagues can improve their connection and have a great communication and also not making it boring.
b) Individuals can use digital portal in the conference such as PDFs where they can initiate a communication and thus by comforting each other they can start discussing on the issue or matter which they are facing.
c) Individuals can also implement the concept of brainstorming in the conference meeting which allow them to discuss more on solving the problem and less on defining the problem.
d) It is very important to understand that conference is all about people and not about organization. So, by making the conference environment more humanize, an individual can become less formal and can show his or her humor to make the environment less stressful where discussion can be done frankly.
