Number of molecules can be found out as

n = PV / kT

where k is Boltzmann's constant = 1.38e-23

P = 1e-8 torr

1 torr = 133.322 Pa

so

P = 1.3332e-6 Pa

so,

n = 1.3332e-6 * 1e-6 / 1.38e-23 * 318

n = 3.038e8
