What is the communication style of Generation Z in the workplace?
Generation z are persons who born in mid-1990s and later and now they are entering into the workplace. They are tech savvy and screen-obsessed, and with higher expectations. Communication for them are not easy just text them or slack them and even send message on Facebook or WhatsApp. They uses hashtags, they are. More social. Gen Z’s uses way to touch base with their manager in personal mettings. Gen Zers believes that honesty and integrity are the most important attributes for a boss anf they just want them all to be treated as equal. They just want themselves to be at top and want attention while communicating.
