The organizational values are the ideas that show the organisation thinking & their actions accordingly. It show the foundation of the company. The values shows the corporate culture. It describes the ethics & principles that company abide. The values shows the true image of any organization. Now on the other hand, strategic development is the planning of the organization which involves setting up of priorities, focusing on the goals, strengthening the operations, etc.Mostly it is known that value influence the strategic decisions.

The strategic developments depends upon the organizational resources, capabilities and constraints. The strategies totally rely upon the organizational values. When a company shows the better performance that shows there is good coordination between their values and strategies. Sometimes, making the strategic decision can be the rational decision on the part of top management as it examines the both internal and external capabilities and select the accurate policy. Sometimes the economic approaches proved to be wrong in presenting the policy. It shows that strategic decisions can be fragmented and disjointed.

Here it is so obvious that if the top management will respect some value, the employees will also do that. For eg, when both employees of department and top management are of same values like growth, development, morale, satisfaction etc. so it can be possible that these strategic issues which are for people’s concern shows the similar values. In other words, sharing the same values, is more likely to show the similar strategic decisions.

Yes, the organization do have the above values.

The strategy to have a job in a choose career involves few, first is to choose the career wisely according to the skills and capabilities. If a person has enough good skills then it is easy for him to find the job. To get selected for any job the values are important. The person must possess some vital value to be the part of any organization
