Hydrology Help!

Suppose the Hydraulic Conductivity in the North/South direction is 120 ft/day, East/West is 12ft/day and the vertical hydraulic conductivity is just 1.2 ft/day. Write the Hydraulic Conductivity Tensor.

Now I know the tensor looks like K(x,y,z) = [Kxx Kxy Kxz

                                                                     Kyx Kyy Kyz] etc etc

I just don't know how to put this together.
