The correct answer is:-C.

A deductive argument is called valid argument when its premises are true and its conclusion also has to be true. In valid argument, the conclusion can never be false when the premises are true. If the conclusion becomes false then it is called Invalid arguments. A counterexample is given to Invalid arguments.
