Lewis acids are the electron acceptors.

Na+ has a very stable noble gas electronic configuration and hence it has very less tendency to gain electrons.

While Ag+ also has stable configuration but is can gain the electrons more easily than Na+ and thus Ag+ is stronger lewis acid
