Please break it down into steps. Simplify it, so that I understand. I have a problem with setting up thr problem & because theres two formulas for mass percent, I dont know what to use. Is there certain key words I need to look out for in order to know this ?
a ) mass percent = mass of solute / mass of solution x 100%
b ) mass percent = grams of solute / grams of solute + grams od solvent x 100%

Same thing with molarity problems. I know how to do them, just I don’t know how to set them up. Is there a trick to this ?
a ) M = Molarity = moles of solute / liters of solution

SOLVE PROBLEM BELOW.

1. Find the mass of 4.00% sugar solution required to provide 200.0 g of sugar.
2. Find the mass of salt contained in 400.0 g of 20.0% solution.
3. Find the molarity of a solution, containing 2.00 g of KOH in 750.0 mL water.
Molar masses: H 1.01, O 16.00, K 39.10
4. Find the volume of 0.340 M NaOH solution required to provide 5.00 moles NaOH.
5. Find the moles of NaCl in 3.00 L of a 0.450 M solution.
