- c)In my opinion,retirement is about focusing on yourself and all those things which you have missed out doing when you were working,Yes,its a life of leisure,wherein one can travel,join some extracurricular activities and also spend time with their loved ones.But to do all this,one needs to focus on their health as well.Being healthy in old age and after retirement is crucial,for which medical insurances,health plan investments all need to be sorted.Also one cannot just keep traveling,going for get togethers,having drinks,eating food all day,one needs to focus on health as well.
- Joining yoga classes,aerobics,going for monthly health check ups,physiotherapy for joint pains all needs to be a priority in retirement in old age.Also all the money which has been put in savings,should not be splurged on just leisure,it needs to be invested,if one needs to go for some treatment and also sometimes help their family members as well.
