This reading suggest I. E rather than science they would like to focus on the methods used by people. Here dataset is so large that computer cannot load it in memory in one time. In short you can't look in tge data in Excel. Even programming won't work here. Even using matlab won't give you the appropriate result.
We can improve it or if we want to check any of the result in paper or extend them you can replicate the exact data analysis. Analysis of code for the errors we didn't spot. There are benefits to us if reviewers questioned a cutoff value we had used in the inspection or analysis so we were be able to write back that the same value didn't matter and invited them to check for themselves by downloading our data and code analysis we had done. Even if investigator didn't do it. Surely our result will have more weight since they knew they could have easily checked out given result or claim if they had wanted to do.
