Yes there is a correlation between employment duration and being in a role that is not traditional for the gender and this is because of the fact that if that is the case people actually start looking for more new jobs in other fields and when they get the job they actually switch that field and this makes the duration less compared to other jobs , else they'll quit and be a part of frictional unemployment and therefore there is a negative correlation between the duration and employment if the jobs are not traditional for your gender.
