Below strategies have been used for attracting, recruiting and retaining health care administrators:

1. High pay packages: Health care administrators are required to perform a lot of duties and their job description contains numerous responsibilities which include working with internal and external stakeholders, involvement in healthcare operations, recruitment of healthcare professionals etc. For that, they need to be paid more than the other profiles and hence must have higher pay packages

2. Work flexibility: Health care administrators are allowed to work according to their own preferences and have complete work flexibility in some organizations. This is one of the strategies used to retain them and it works a long way in establishing a good rapport with them.

3. Joining bonus: Some of the organizations provide joining bonuses to Heath care administrators which is required to attract them for the profile. Since this strategy is used by a lot of organizations nowadays, hence the organizations have to give higher joining bonuses to attract the administrators.
