Hi Mr.X,

My name is 'Y', I had entered into a 1 year contract with your gym, 'Planet Fitness' on 1 November 2018. I want to raise a complaint against the poor facilities provided at the gym. In the past 2 months, much of the equipment has not been working properly and the A/C is faulty making the gym hot. I have received a very unpleasant experience in this gym and I want refund of my fees.

I have spoken to the facility manager about receiving a refund for the unused portion of the contract, but he cannot do anything to help. So, I am writing this letter to you, requesting a refund for the remaining 6 months. I request you to return my money immediately as the service promised in the contract was not provided to me due to poor infrastructure and maintenance. Otherwise I would have to take legal action against your gym.
