A) 22 mm DC motor - It contains

i) outer cylindrical body

ii) Armature

iii) Shaft

iv) Commutation system

v) Bearings

vi) end cap

vii) magnets

viii) brush

ix) inner cylindrical body

x) coil winding

B) In this motor, coil winding, magnet & shaft is rotating.

C) because of the external load, which can be tensile or axial or may be torsional, the components having contact with the shaft and the support systems exerts the load.

D) As it is miniature motor, so all the dimensions are by default accurate. Precision is important in miniature applications. Automated CMM is used.

E) Those motors are used in medical devices, in agricultural sectors and many more.

F) Based on the application and costing, material is selected. Mostly stainless steel is used.
