Local, state and even federal government offer money or funds to private enterprises for establishing businesses so that they can help to improve the economy of our home country by manufacturing and selling products in our country and meet the demand of our citizens. Government also support them so that they can create employment opportunities to people in our country which will help them to improve their standard of living and remove poverty from our country.

the additional factors which influence manufacturer’s decisions to bring manufacturing back to the USA are-

Intense competition in foreign country in which customers of that country purchase the products of their home business so USA business operating in another country take back manufacturing in USA.

another factor is political pressure means government put higher taxes on manufacturing of their products so they come back to USA.

13. Why is the employee selection process difficult?

employee selection process is difficult because it involves very crucial decision which can affect cost of business and if done wrong then business can suffer loss. selection is done very critically by analyzing the job and candidate which would be suitable for the job. making the choice to select right people for right position is time consuming and costly which makes selection process difficult. it involves from job posting to selecting to background check of selected candidate.

15- I have an experience with store manager which was the best manager because He believes that employees of the company are very valuable part of organization and they should be treated fairly, and given equal opportunities to grow. his traits which made him best were honesty, fair, creative, think out of the box and have employee oriented leadership style.
