Discuss the three cultures that arose in Mesopotamia from 3000-1600 B.C.
The three cultures that arose in Mesopotamia from 3000-1600 B.C are Sumerian culture, Akkadian culture, and Babylonian Kingdoms.
1. Sumerian culture - First, in southern Mesopotamia, Sumerian civilization took shape around 4000 BCE — or 6000 years ago — which would make it the region's first urban civilization. For the creation of one of the first written scripts around 3000 BCE, Mesopotamians were noted: wedge-shaped marks pressed into clay tablets. This cuneiform — another way of saying wedge-shaped — the script was also adapted by neighboring cultures to write their own languages for about 2000 years, until in the first millennium BCE Phoenician, based on which the letters you are reading now, started to become the dominant script. Cuneiform is also the script in which one of the first great literary works in the world, The Gilgamesh Epic, was written. Mesopotamians used writing to record sales and transactions, write letters and tell stories to each other. The Sumerians are also credited with the incredibly important wheel invention; the first known wheel dates to 3500 BCE in Mesopotamia.

Sumerians had significant cultural exchange with a group known as
the Akkadians in northern Mesopotamia around 3000 BCE — named after
Akkad's city-state. The Akkadian language is connected with the
modern Hebrew and Arabic languages. These are known as Semitic
languages. The word Semitic derives from the biblical character of
Shem, Noah's brother, Abraham's supposed progenitor, and the Jewish
and Arab people accordingly.
3. Babylonian Kingdoms- For a century after it was founded in 1894 BCE, Babylon was a minor city-state in central Mesopotamia. With Hammurabi's reign, things changed from 1792 to 1750 BCE. He was an active dictator, setting up with taxes a hierarchical bureaucracy. Hammurabi's Babylonian Empire lasted 260 years until in 1531 BCE Babylon was sacked by invaders. Babylon asserted again over the region with the Neo-Babylonian Empire in the period between 626 BCE and 539 BCE.

The sunflower species Helianthus paradoxus, H. deserticola, and H. anomalus all arose from homoploid hybrid speciation between the same two parental sunflower species, H. annuus and H. petiolaris. Yet, the three hybrid species are adapted to the different environments (salt marshes, desert flats, and sand dunes, respectively) in which they occur. Moreover, the three species differ from each other somewhat in appearance and other traits when grown together in a common environment. Which of the following would NOT be a...
