In the case, Josie made the hard decision to fire her top performing sales person (Tristan Jones) after his third ethical transgression. Now, Josie is worried about "pushback from several Board members" over her decision to terminate Tristan who is the company’s top sales performer, and the source of the company’s largest deals.

Sub: No compromise on the ethical standard
It saddens me to have to let everyone know about the firing of one of our best performers Tristan Jones. Mr. Jones without question has had a huge impact on our organization and has unquestionable results. However, it pains me to announce the recent unethical practices that he committed that have led to his termination.
It have become nessecary to terminate Tristan.As he was founded guilty according to some ethical business rules of the company.There are two main ethical transgression for which Tristan was fired :-
I.He was doing some wrong work with the profit and loss I.e. the economic investment and business of the company.A s our total turnover on this project is $450 miliion but he was showing it just $350million in the record book of annual sales .This didn't happened for the first time.He has been warned several times from the past 2 years but he didn't took it seriously and I decided to finally fire him.Because we cannot the rules and regulations of the company lightly.
2.The 2nd reason was As our company has decided to maintain a proper frequency level which won't effect the Birds and flying creatures in the sky because very high frequency might result into death of Birds as they have some electrical properties and electrical shock capabilities.But he break the rules and increased the frequency level more than the suitable frequency range,for which our company has got some profit economically but several cases and petitions were filed against us.So,this lowered the standard of our company in global market.So,Tristan was accessed of this work.So,he would have to take the responsibility of this wrong deeds .
