I need to complete a Business Persuasive Speech Outline for the topic, "Your business will fail if you do not have good people skills". What do I speak about within my Outline, or how do I break it up?

I believe that a business in order to be successful needs to understand their stakeholders better and especially the clients, the organization and the employees too. The employees play huge role in the success of an organization and they need to ensure that they need to ensure that their primary objective is success of the organization in terms of profit and brand recognition as well. Organization with poor people skills may actually not be very much effective because such organizations fail to understand the steps that they need to take in order to make it better and effective as well.
