2. differentiation strategy- this strategy helps in isolating the non-profit organization from other market competitors and rivalries through the development of loyalties between the clients and products and is based on differentiation.
3. focus strategies- Non-profit organization that looks for the focus strategies are often able to achieve desired financial returns.
