A) Barium > Cesium as Ba has 6s2 while Cs has 6s1 valence configuration. And as we move from left to right across the period the effective nuclear charge increases, thus IE also increases.

B) Ni+2 has higher as it is doubly positively charged. To remove an electron from more positively charged species requires more energy.

C) At > Po. as we move from left to right across the period the effective nuclear charge increases, thus IE also increases.
