Freight forwarder is the type of company which acts as a forwarding agent and forwards goods and packages to the receiver on behalf of the sender. The companies are the sender in this case and the freight forwarders help in transporting the products of the companies to the customers. Hence these freight forwarders are critical for the CRM of the companies. CRM is nothing but Customer Relationship Management. These freight forwarders help the companies to deliver their products to the customers within the stated delivery time and thus help in enhancing the customer responsiveness of the company.
