describe how a half-drop of titrant is dispended from
a buret.
THANKS
Solution:-
To dispense half a drop, you open the stopcork very carefuly and let the droplet appear and start to grow. Once the droplet reaches half it's usual size, close the stopcork. The droplet should now be hanging from the burette. Wash it down into the solution with your solvent wash bottle.

6. Why is it unnecessary to fill the buret with titrant exactly to the 0.00 mL mark? 7. If the actual (true) average mass percent citric acid in the lemon juice was 5.47 % and the chemical technician reported the result as 5.74 %, what is the percent error of the reported result?
Match the position of the stopcock handle relative to the buret with its outcome. Drag statements on the right to match the left. Stopcock handle is slightly slanted from parallel to buret. This position is open and will deliver titrant quickly. Stopcock handle is parallel to buret. Do This position is mostly closed and will not deliver titrant. Stopcock handle is perpendicular to buret. Do This position is closed and will not deliver titrant. Stopcock handle is slightly slanted from...
please help on all questions and explain because i really need
help in this!!! :)
1) After rinsing the buret with water, filling the buret with the solu forgot to do this? the buret with water, why was it rinsed three times with the NaOH solution before uret with the solution? How would this affect your final molarity of NaOH, if you 2) Does the amount of water used to dissolve the KHP affect the molarity of the NaOH solution?...
the drop-down options at the bottom are "from" and "to" - thanks

Enter electrons as e A voltaic cell is constructed in which the anode is a Mn|Mn2+ half cell and the cathode is a PbPb2+ half cell. The half-cell compartments are connected by a salt bridge. (Use the lowest possible coefficients. Use the pull-down boxes to specify states such as (aq) or (s). If a box is not needed, leave it blank.) The anode reaction is:...
The drop-counter is misaligned with the buret, causing it to miss counting every one out of five drops of base added to the HCl. This error means the calculated molarity of the HCl solution will be ___________ its actual concentration.
Answer questions regarding buret a) What is a buret card and how is it used? b) When using a 50 mL buret as shown in the pictures, to what decimal place should a buret be read? c) List two ways to remove bubbles in the tip of a buret?

How many mL of 0.1411 M thiosulfate titrant do you expect to need to titrate a fully dissolved and treated 0.3045 g sample of brass containing 86.87% copper (M 63.546) that has been reacted with excess KI? Report your result to 2 decimal places, since that is how you should be reading a buret. The reactions are: I2 + 2S2O32- --> products we don't care about 2Cu2+ + excessI- --> I2
