Human development: It means that humans develop, gain knowledge and work towards fulfilling the mission of life. Humans use cognitive thinking abilities and communication skills to work for the betterment of society.

Aspects of human development:

The main aspects of human development are

1. Working towards sustainable environmental growth

2. Gaining knowledge with the help of education

3. Aiming for spiritual and philosophical growth

4. Spreading love and peace to the world

Research question: Analysis of cognitive thought behavior in adolescence

Introduction: Piaget’s theory states that a child develops his thought process and reasoning skills from birth to adolescence. During childhood, infants are prone to have feelings of touch, smell, and hearing. The brains are sensitive to seeking or gathering information from the surroundings. However, during the adolescence stage, the human brain develops and tries to seek knowledge and wisdom from the external stimuli, i.e., environment and other social factors.

Research question statement: The research focuses on evaluating the behavior of cognitive thought such as critical reasoning and judgment in adults.

Importance: Adults, aged 20 to 25 years old, mature and enter the puberty stage. In this stage, they embrace feelings of attachment and love. They apply their reasoning and judgment skills to decide in their lives.

For example, Jane, a college student, likes a girl, Julie and proposes her because he is attracted to her. It means that he has developed attachment feelings with Julie. However, Jane wants to keep it a secret. He applies his cognitive thinking abilities and does not inform his friends or close family members. Hence, he makes decisions in his life.

Conclusion: Initially, children depend on parents to decide about their lives. When they become adults, they become mature and apply critical thinking, reasoning and judgment skills. Hence, we have analyzed the research question on the cognitive thought behavior in adolescence.
