Answer 1:)

I would choose a long-term goal to lose 50 pounds of my body weight.

Answer 2:)

Yes, this goal is possible practically because many people have lost their weight up to 100 pounds.

I am overweight and hence this goal seems reasonable. This will help me to live healthier.

I would not consider losing cholesterol rather focus only to lose extra weight.

Answer 3:)

Strategies I would choose to achieve the goal are the following:

  1. I will avoid eating a large amount of food or drinks and I will not buy high-calorie foods and drinks. I will put healthy drinks and foods.
  2. Start exercising my body from low intensity to high-intensity exercises.

Answer 4:)

I would choose my community to help me as a resource for my goal. The community will help a lot to find a better person for this goal.
