Advantages of email
• Most email tools are free. Generally, the companies do not have to spend something to send or receive the emails.
• Email is a quick method of communication. Within a few seconds you can send an email after composing it.
• Emails can carry heavy media Files. Important file reports, text, voice recordings, videos and another type of documents could be sent which are very helpful in business settings.
• Emailing allows contact Synchronizing. So important data and contact could be synchronized so that if it is deleted then it could be retrieved.
• Email is good for the environment because it is a paperless method of the communication system.
• One message could be sent to various people at once and that too very fast.

The disadvantages
• Email causes information overload. It has been used for spam and phishing marketing practices. Because of that, it annoys people.
• The personal touch in the email is not there. Especially in personal life when you send wishes, messages to your friends and families. It does not have a personal touch.
• It needs maintenance. If it is not maintained then the email box can be filled with irrelevant messages. It is a time taking process.
• Email does not include non-verbal communication because of that there are possibilities of miss- understandings.
• Currently, the email attachments may have viruses. It can disturb the computer system of the sender as well as receivers.
