Answer 1- In my opinion, writing the eating habit or the food items included in each meal will be helpful as it will provide us a detailed view of what we were eating and how we are having our food. This can also be helpful in order to find out the calorie intake and we can calculate this on daily or each meal basis that would help in regulating the eating patterns.

Well In my case, it is important to keep a track of what I ate in each meal and this can be done effectively if I maintain a log of my food item so that I can calculate the daily calorie intake.

Answer 2= The other two options that can be used is to focus on some other activities so that it can distract out mind for instance, we can talk to someone over the phone . The other method that could be used is to drink water or distracting our mind from eating
