70-20-10method pf learning is segregated into following elements :

  • 70 percent from challenging assignments
  • 20 percent from relationships building
  • 10 percent from coursework and training modules

This gives an allround effect on employee performance as teamwork, leadership, critical thinking, innovation, collaboration, negotiation, relationship management, time management are all tested and sharpened which help in driving optimization of efficiency and optimum workforce planning.

However the only drawback is that jt adds significant costs to training.
